REFUND POLICY

Q1: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us. All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition. Returns must be posted within seven (7) working days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM and a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items, headscarves and accessories cannot be returned. Follow this steps to return:

    1. Go to Contact Us page.
    2. In the "Message" Field, start with a header "REQUEST FOR A RETURN FORM".
    3. State your reason(s) of returning the item purchased.
    4. We will send you an email requesting a receipt or proof of purchase for verification process.
    5. Once verified, we will provide you with our mailing address.

Q2: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned. 


Q3: WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUNDS?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@thiirty8.com.


Q4: CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please read Q5. 


Q5: WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVED A DEFECT ITEM/WRONG ITEM/MISSING ITEM?
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Contact Us page.
    2. In the "Message" Field, start with a header "Defect Item/Wrong Item/Missing Item".
    3. State your reason(s).
    4. We will send you an email requesting a picture for verification process.

Q6: CAN I REFUND ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT ON SALE?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Q7: HOW ABOUT THE SHIPPING COST?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
